Blossoming Love With A Score of 700 - Chapter 3
Before she finished speaking, Li Shuangjiang had already taken out his own Physics paper and handed it to her.
Tao Zhi took it from him, and after she said a word of thanks, she opened the papers and continued to diligently copy the answers.
She copied seriously and attentively, as if there was no one else around her and she delved into the zone where there were no other beings existent.
After an unspecified amount of time, she faintly heard some voices start to stir in the class. The good brother(2) at the front desk who lent her his homework to copy kept coughing, but she didn’t care.
(T/L note: brother in this context, just refers to a boy or sometimes, girl. It’s a more casual way to call someone. Close-knit friends would often use this term as a form of addressing a friend)
She was completely immersed in her diligence at the moment.
As she continued to copy, however, Tao Zhi felt that something was not quite right.
She felt as if there was a person standing next to her.
Tao Zhi raised her head to have a look, despite not stopping her hastily writing hand, and her gaze was met with a face full of wrinkles.
Tao Zhi still remembered the final Physics formula and answer of the front desk student’s answer sheet. She didn’t stop or lower her head, finishing up the last question while looking at Wrinkly Face.
Wrinkly looked like a middle-aged man in his forties. Tao Zhi had seen him several times in the Physics Chemistry Office. According to her initial inference, he was probably Mr Wang.
Wrinkly Wang stood beside her with his hands behind his back. She didn’t know how long he had watched her, and the wrinkles on his face were already twitching, “Did you finish copying?”
“Not yet,” Tao Zhi said.
“How much do you have left?”
“Just finished copying half of the Chinese paper and four pages of Physics,” Tao Zhi said honestly.
The wrinkles on Wrinkly’s face began to tremble again.
Tao Zhi couldn’t tell whether he was angry or he was laughing. In the end, she could only conservatively hope that he was laughing out of anger.
Wrinkly Wang slapped the table with anger, “Take your homework and complete it in my office. If you can’t finish it, stay there and continue until you do! You don’t need to go anywhere else! You will not attend classes, nor will you eat!”
Tao Zhi has long been accustomed to this process. She obediently took out the remaining few papers from her school bag. At the same time, she took out her mobile phone and hid it in her sleeve.
Her former homeroom teacher taught her English. She hadn’t been to the Office of Physiochemical Biology often, so she didn’t know which table belonged to Wrinkly Wang. Hence, she walked directly to the windowsill of the office, put all the papers in her hand on it and wrote while standing.
It was still early and there were no people in the office besides a female teacher sitting in the corner and a boy sitting at the table next to the window sill. His head was hung low and he was writing something.
The office desks were placed opposite to each other. Two computers were placed in between Tao Zhi and the boy. The desk was blocked by the computer display screen, making it impossible to see what he was writing.
But it didn’t matter to her that she couldn’t see it— Tao Zhi has seen too much of this kind of occurence. Half of her good brothers have completed homework in the office, writing self-reviews and helping each other. With a glance, she saw through the boy and knew they were fellow comrades.
Tao Zhi knew it instantly.
He was also someone who didn’t finish his homework.
Tao Zhi sprawled down on the windowsill and opened the Physics paper. First, she scanned through the questions like a decent student, but found it impossible to understand a single question.
So she simply took out her phone, snapped a picture of the paper, and started searching for answers.
After finishing four or five questions, the female teacher finally left with two books in hand.
