A Sweet Girl Won't Be Fooled By The Villainess - [Vol. 7] Extra Chapter 9
Extra Chapter 9: Gabriel
“Little Gabriel, are you awake? Mom has prepared breakfast, let’s eat together.”
From outside Gabriel’s bedroom door, there was a gentle and calming voice, it was her mom’s voice. Not wanting to keep her mom waiting, she immediately responded to her.
“Yes, Mom. I’ll be there soon.”
Gabriel got out of bed and looked in the mirror to tidy up her appearance.
The first thing that caught her attention was her pair of round, almond-shaped eyes with large pupils that were filled with curiosity. Below them were a petite nose and lovely pinkish-red lips. A faint smile revealed two small dimples.
Her face resembled her mom’s almost exactly, like a perfect mold. The differences were Gabriel’s silver hair and golden eyes. Additionally, she had angel wings on her back.
Actually, she was a bit reluctant because there would be three demons around. Of course, she was happy to eat with her mom, but with those three demons…
Her mom was very fond of the three demons and said that they had a blood relationship with her, Gabriel. Although it sounded very strange.
How could Mom marry that demon? She must have been deceived by her until she became infatuated with her. Gabriel’s power is still weak, unable to defeat that demon. But when she grows up, she will definitely save her mom.
Not wanting to make her mom sad, Gabriel remained obedient and held herself back to join the meal.
When Gabriel arrived at the dining table, she could see the three demons sitting and her mother standing, serving breakfast.
As an angel, she didn’t really need to eat food like that to gain energy. Just by absorbing light, she could get energy. But her mom’s cooking was so delicious that she didn’t want to miss it.
“Good morning, Gabriel.”
Ifia, who was serving breakfast, saw Gabriel and immediately greeted her.
“Good morning, Mom.”
Then Ifia gave Gabriel a morning kiss on her forehead and her cheek, and Gabriel returned the kiss to her mom.
But every time she did that, the three demons around her would give expressions indicating they wanted one too. She, Gabriel, would never want to kiss a demon. Don’t expect the impossible.
“Gabriel, you are still 4 months old. Even though you can take care of yourself, do you really not want to sleep with your mom?” Ifia said.
For Ifia, although Gabriel is only 4 months old, she physically looks like a 3 years old child, just like Cheryl and Daryl did before. But even though she looks like a 3 years old child, to Ifia, Gabriel is still a baby, and she really wants to pamper her little one.
“……No need, Mom, I’m fine on my own.”
Actually, Gabriel really wanted to sleep with her mom, but there was a demon beside her. So, she didn’t want to and chose to sleep alone.
Besides that, she was also pretty sure that her demon mother was very cruel. She often saw her mom looking very weak in the morning.
What was that demon doing at night to make her mom so exhausted?
But whenever Gabriel asked her mom about it, her mom would evade the question and try to change the subject.
Her mom must have been threatened by that demon, which is why her mom wouldn’t tell her.
Just wait until she grows up, she will save her mom.
Besides, was that demon really her mother? They didn’t look alike at all, only the hair was similar. How could a demon have an angel child?
The only one she could really trust was her mom, Ifia. Just seeing her, someone with such a pure soul, brought her peace and happiness, unlike looking at the filthy souls of the three demons.
“Is that so.” Ifia looked disappointed.
“Alright then, Mom won’t force you. Come on, sit down and let’s eat together.”
The next problem finally arose.
She had to choose where to sit.
She regretted not leaving her room sooner. Now all the seats around her mom were taken by those demons.
On either side of her mom were two small demons who considered themselves her big sisters, and across from her mom was a big demon who considered herself her mother.
She had no choice but to sit between two demons.
Gabriel finally chose randomly since it didn’t matter, she sat between Amelia and Daryl.
Cheryl, seeing this, showed a disappointed expression but quickly returned to normal. On the other hand, Amelia and Daryl looked pleased.
“Gabriel, do you want mom to feed you?”
Suddenly, Amelia’s voice came from beside Gabriel.
“No, let your big sister feed you.”
Daryl, next to her, didn’t want to be outdone.
“No need, I can eat by myself.”
Gabriel didn’t understand what was going on with the demons around her.
So strange!
Even so, they had been really nice to her all this time. They often tried to give her gifts and such. Maybe they were genuinely sincere.
No, Gabriel! Don’t be swayed by them, they are demons.
Despite this, Gabriel still happily accepted all their gifts.
Don’t get the wrong idea.
It didn’t mean she acknowledged them or anything. She accepted because it would be a shame to reject the gifts they had worked hard to get.
Hmph!
(•??•?)
After the “very harmonious” family finished breakfast, Ifia’s voice broke the cold war atmosphere.
“Are you all ready? I told you earlier that our family will be going sightseeing.”
Gabriel could only resign herself to this. Her mom tried so hard to make her family harmonious, she couldn’t possibly disappoint her beloved mom.
She was sure the big and small demons around her thought the same. They just wanted to please her mom. Although it was obvious that the big and small demons hated each other, but they liked Ifia.
“Mom, Cheryl is ready.”
“Daryl is ready too, and nobody can drive us away.”
The two small demons beside her mom immediately responded, but after Daryl said the last sentence, they looked at the big demon with expressions full of hostility.
The big demon also smiled at her mom, indicating agreement. Then her red eyes suddenly became even redder for a split second when she saw the hostile expressions from the small demons, making the tension palpable.
“Gabriel, how about you?” Ifia asked.
Gabriel could only nod and obey her mom.
She couldn’t imagine what would happen next!
Trying to unite this family in harmony might be even more challenging than saving the world.
