Daily Life of a Villain’s Mother - Chapter 365
Chapter 365
Ye Fan maintained her composure, reminding herself to focus solely on reaching the audition location. Her top priority right now was to rush to the audition location, as for other matters, they would find their solutions in due course.
Pursing her lips, she quickened her pace as beads of sweat already forming on her forehead by the time she arrived at the audition site.
As she approached the entrance, she spotted someone familiar.
Ye Fan’s expression darkened as she realized that, once again, she and Tang Jin had chosen the same audition location.
Due to traffic delays, Ye Fan found herself lagging behind Tang Jin. Allowing the latter the opportunity to audition ahead of her.
Tang Jin, noticing Ye Fan, offered a smug smile, seemingly claiming victory once more.
Unfazed by Tang Jin’s provocation, Ye Fan remained outwardly composed refusing to dignify Tang Jin’s provocation with a response.
Tang Jin proceeded into the audition room, while Ye Fan stood outside the audition room, contemplating her next move as she lowered her eyes.
From the moment the competition starts, there have been unexpected obstacles.
Despite choosing the farthest location initially and going to audition for “Good Life”, instead learned that the opportunity had already been snatched by Tang Jin.
She immediately selected a nearby venue but encountered a traffic jam en route, causing her to arrive significantly later than anticipated. Tang Jin had already secured her place at the audition site.
Ye Fan took a deep breath and quickly deliberated on what to do next.
The situation demanded careful consideration, which was like a test for her.
If she chose to audition elsewhere now, she risked losing out on potential roles due to delays caused by traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
The gains outweigh the losses.
Ultimately, she decided to wait outside and seize the opportunity once Tang Jin had finished her audition. Aware of Tang Jin’s capabilities, Ye Fan felt confident in her ability to secure the coveted role.
Ye Fan thought a lot and looked down at the watch on her wrist, her expression becoming solemn.
Time was running out, she must get this role.
Closing her eyes, Ye Fan banished the tumult of emotions, allowing her heart to settle and regain her composure.
After a few seconds, Ye Fan opened her eyes and within their dark depths, the interplay of light and shadow ceased, leaving them clear and resolute.
How would she know if the opportunity wasn’t hers unless she gave it her all?
She resolved to exert every effort and let fate decide the outcome.
Meanwhile, inside the audition room, Tang Jin faced Will, the person in charge. Will handed her a piece of paper containing the audition dialogue and instructed her to begin.
Will: “Read your lines.”
Tang Jin just said a few words, and Will frowned. He raised his hand and stopped Tang Jin’s words, “Stop.”
Tang Jin nervously crumpled the paper, her face displaying a slight uneasiness.
Will’s tone turned serious. “Have you rehearsed your lines at all?”
Tang Jin stuttered and said, “I’ve practiced some.”
She lied. In her usual TV drama performances, all her lines were dubbed by post-production voice actors. How could she have possibly practiced her lines?
Will sighed, “Forget it, you can just act out a scene.”
He introduced the scene that Tang Jin was going to perform and asked Tang Jin to start acting.
Tang Jin was extremely nervous. Her lines and acting skills were not particularly strong to begin with, and being asked to perform directly in this situation left her in a state of panic.
