Chapter 643: Mother-in-law saw her son-in-law!?
Chen Huan entered the lobby on the first floor of the building and Lan Kai happened to be done with her conversation with the doctor.
Lan Kai recognized Chen Huan at a glance when he saw him approaching, “Teacher Lu, you’re here that quick?”
Chen Huan took off his mask and sunglasses as he said, “What’s the situation now? Dong’er just has a general idea of it.”
“Not very good.” Lan Kai was worried, “She isn’t in danger and the debris had been removed from her cleanly while the wound dressing was done well enough. However, there are five wounds of different sizes on her face and even if she’ll be fine, the scars would remain.”
“How did things come to this?” Chen Huan asked with a frown.
“Only god knows!” Lan Kai said, “The display screen had been there for three to four years and always worked well, it was from a famous brand on top of that! It can only be said that Little Bi had bad luck!”
Chen Huan obviously knew that kind of accident had little to do with human actions.
No one could control the explosion so precisely.
The greatest possibility was the machine had a failure and exploded.

Lan Kai brought Chen Huan upstairs as they walked.
In the OR building, there weren’t operating rooms at every floor as only the third and fifth floors were actually used for operation while the rest were wards.
Lan Kai and Chen Huan got off on the seventh floor and many family members were sitting or standing in the corridors.
Their eyes lit up when they saw Chen Huan.
It was the young interns and nurse that exclaimed in surprise first.
The people had complained about how many hospitals worked.
One of their saving of labors methods was to constantly recruit interns and nurses to make them change the patients, infusions, night shifts etc…
Basically, those youngsters were made to work all day long and do all types of work.
They would be driven away when the internship was over as a new batch came over to replace them.
During that period, they didn’t even have to pay for them and could use them for free.

“Who’s inside?” Lan Kai asked.
“Sister Bi’s parents and Sister Xiaoxia are there, Brother Lin just left.” They said.
“Wu Xiaoxia is Li Bi’s assistant and Lin Zhicheng is her agent. They are both the elites of our company.” Lan Kai informed Chen Huan as he opened the door, “They have a very good relationship with Li Bi and contributed a lot to her success.”
Chen Huan nodded and entered the ward with him.
This was a high-class single room as there was a small sofa in the room with two beds in addition to a bathroom.
It was more peaceful and comfortable, which showed that treatment for the rich was much better.
Chen Huan walked behind Lan Kai and Wu Xiaoxia, who was chatting with Li Bi’s parents, couldn’t help but call out when seeing him.

With that said, Li Bi opened her eyes.
