I was let into the room and lectured by him for a while.
He asked me to remove the cloth from around my eyes, which I did while staring intently at his beautiful face as he raged at me.
“From now on, if you are going to be late, tell me! I was worried about you.”
Maybe it was because I had just met Victor, but Vian seemed like such a nice guy.
I apologized and told him I was sorry.
“Oh, well, I’m just relieved to know that you’re not hurt or sick.”
“Thank you, Vivian.”
I said as I hugged Vivian.
I never had a friend before, and I guess Vian was more like a sister than a friend.
I would never let them see me like this in Duelkis Kingdom.
“…Oh, yeah, what about work?”
I huffed and turned to him.
“I’m done. …I mean, I was the busiest when you first got here. And knowing you were my brother’s subordinate, I was a little mean to you and gave Alicia twice as much work. I’m sorry.”
…No wonder there was so much work.
It was certainly more than an average person could handle. But Vian and I were able to handle it.
“Why don’t we go out into the town now that the hard work is done?“
Vian smiled brightly at me. I couldn’t say no to those eyes. I nodded my head, giving in to the pressure.
“Well, once we decide on that, we’ll have to get changed!”
“In what?”
“A dress, of course.”
Vian said happily.
It would be dangerous to go out in the city as the first prince, but Vian dressed as a woman would definitely stand out. Such beauty was hard to find.
“Come on, you’re going to pick one too.”
Vian said as he stood up.
“Oh, me too?”
“Of course. I have plenty of wigs to choose from!”
“That’s not the point, hey.”
Vian pulled my hand, not listening to what I had to say.
While humming a tune, he unlocked the door at the back of the room and led me inside.
Inside was the largest closet I had ever seen.
There were a large number of colorful dresses and wigs of various shapes and sizes. There were so many accessories that I thought I could buy a castle if I sold them all. There were also many meticulously crafted shoes.
They were all beautifully arranged. It was as if I were in a store.
I looked around the room in a daze. Laces, jewels, fabrics, everything was of the highest quality.
I couldn’t believe that he had collected all of this in secret…. I could not come up with anything other than the word “amazing”.
I almost felt like I was in a shimmering jewelry box.
“But these are all Vivian’s size, right?”
“Yes, but some of them were collected when I was a child, so some of the dresses will also fit Alicia.”
He replied confidently.
