I turned my gaze toward Leon, “I can’t leave him here at the moment.”
I would not leave him here and now; the way Leon looked at me was somewhat gentle.
“Go, Master,”
Leon’s position did not allow him to say “don’t go”.
Could I give up my role and go to see Uncle Will?

Why were they being so nice to me? I did not deserve that much…

I still had a lot to do in Ravaal.
“Sheena, get the horses ready.”
At Kushana’s words, Sheena bowed her head, “Yes,” and left.
“I will ride back to Rai.”
“It’s a long way from here to Duelkis Kingdom, I don’t think the Lion has the endurance to make it that far.”
“Well, Alicia has given him magical powers, so I think he can go quite a distance.”
To Kushana, Duke-sama replied on my behalf!
Indeed! Rai was no ordinary Lion.

I patted Rai and thought for a while before speaking.

“He will protect the Princes here instead of me.”
Rai understood what I was suggesting, and without defiance, he slowly left me, walking towards Victor.
I assumed it was because he was sure I would come back to see him again.
Rai and I were good friends. We trusted each other, and we could depend on each other.
“Are you sure?”
Leon looked surprised, to which I replied, “Of course”.
“It’s ready.”
With Sheena’s voice, a magnificent horse appeared.
What a gallant horse! Isn’t this horse the best horse in this forest?
“Let’s go!”
While I was being impressed by the horse, Duke-sama had somehow managed to lift me up and mount me.
We were riding together again… I thought I could get used to it, but I still couldn’t.
“Alicia, it’s important to be honest.”
The moment Kushana finished telling me that, the horse started running.
