We brought Frankurlt to Gedland. At first, my plan was to just hand him over to Zackhart-sama, but Zackhart-sama’s reaction was quite unexpected. 

“Best you bring him with you to Rudektrad.”

“But our country still hasn’t accepted his request for asylum so I don’t think it’s right to bring him with us. ”

I agree with Wickharlt’s words. 

In response to Wickharlt, Zackhart-sama gave three reasons. 

First, Frankurlt needed to go to the capital to negotiate so he could be accepted as an official asylee, but if Frankurlt stayed in Gedland with his current status of illegal asylee, it would be hard for Zackhart-sama to send him to the capital later on. There was a choice of detaining him in some fortress but putting him under the 10th Division’s supervision, a.k.a us, was a much better choice. 

Second, even if Zackhart-sama could send Frankurlt to the capital later, the people who brought him to Gorber, me and Lapilia-sama, would be interviewed anyway so it was just better to bring him with us now. 

Third, ‘I can’t let a suspicious man stay in Gedland where my cute Rufa was!’

…Seriously? 

“But Father, I’m going to the Empire to see Luluria off.”

“What!? Alright, then I’ll let Frankurlt stay!”

Seriously this guy was just…

“…No, I’ll just bring Frankurlt to the capital.”

“Then, I’ll come with you!” Zackhart-sama insisted

“Sir, you can’t. Didn’t you just get scolded the other day?” Blues-san reminded him and Zackhart-sama grunted.

Northbell-sama was looking at the two’s conversation with an exasperated expression.

“Well, then, next time I see you, it will be when I sink your ship.”

“Rest assured sir. I’ll prepare plenty of life jackets so the passenger on your ship won’t drown when I sink it.”

Well, yeah, Tsetsie, I do think she was amazing but if Greedl’s Emperor chooses his successor purely based on their ability, isn’t there a chance that Luluria might be chosen as the successor as opposed to his own son? Tsetsie, if that happened your position would become awkward, you know?

I heard that because of Philemas’s rebellion, Luluria managed to establish a firm position in the Empire. Don’t tell me the Emperor allowed Luluria to come with Tsetsie here to test Luluria’s ability? That might be possible considering how General Gafor seemed to have some words he couldn’t say back then.

“Still, it’s sad to part with you again.”

When Rufa said this, Luluria gestured a hug from her horseback, “My, Rufa you’re so precious~”

On the other hand, Tsetsie who was worried that Luluria might fall from her horse yelled, “It’s dangerous!”

How peaceful.

There was the incident when Luluria tried to pick a fight with the King and we did end up bringing along an unusual guest named Frankurlt but all in all, our journey was peaceful. Finally, we arrived at the fortress closest to Yolos Corridor.

That night we held our little farewell party.

In the future, we would very rarely see Luluria and Tsetsie again. Perhaps for some of us, this might be the last time we see Luluria and Tsetsie in this life.

“Starting from the letter you sent, and now this…Thank you for everything,” Tsetsie thanked me again.
