Maisui was so angry that she stamped her feet. Holding a broom in her hand, she shouted, “Brother, this thing is used especially to beat you up! Get down here this instant!”

This time, the singles match between him and his sister turned into a women’s doubles match as their mother paired up with Maisui, directly forcing Sanwang to the roof of the ring.

Han Qingsong coughed. Sanwang heard it and immediately smiled as he said, “Father, the tiles on this shed are broken and leaking, so I came up here to fix it,” He also shouted, “Eldest Brother, Second Brother, don’t just watch the fun. Bring me two tiles and I’ll repair this place.”

Dawang had been studying the slingshot and didn’t bother to pay attention to him.

Erwang asked him to come down quickly and coax their sister. Otherwise, it would be over for him.

Dawang threw his clothes on the ground in disgust, “Wash it yourself!”

Lin Lan used to do the laundry for their family and Han Qingsong helped her when he had time. Later in the winter, he didn’t want his wife to suffer, so he let the children do the laundry themselves.

So Maisui washed hers herself, Lin Lan and Han Qingsong washed theirs together and the four Wang Brothers had their laundry done simultaneously by Dawang and Erwang.

Now it’s Dawang’s turn.

As a result, Sanwang had no clothes to wear, so he could only put on the cotton-padded jacket that he gave to Xiaowang as a coat due to its small size. His sleeves couldn’t reach his wrists and it looked really funny.

When eating the glutinous rice balls, everyone thought they were delicious. Although some were broken and turned into glutinous rice skin and sesame soup, it was sweet and chewy, which was still good for those who didn’t tend to have much good food in the countryside.

Lin Lan also selected a few good ones for Gumi to take back to Eldest Sister-in-law Han to try.

Because Sanwang laughed at their cooking skills, Maisui asked him to only eat half a bowl, which was less than what Xiaowang had.

Sanwang wanted to resist, but he received a majestic gaze from his father, so he could only eat his steamed cornbread in silence.

“The north wind is blowing, the snowflakes are floating~ I came for cornbread, but the others eat Yuanxiao~~~”

Xiaowang felt that it was so funny that he almost choked.

Han Qingsong glanced at Sanwang again before he pointed to the door. He signalled for him not to eat, but to stand for punishment.

So Sanwang ended up standing by the door and tasting the cold wind, unable to even have his cornbread.

Lin Lan, “Sanwang, how come you suddenly turned into a Third Donkey after just a few days since the New Year? You act like you deserve to be beaten no matter what you do!”

Sanwang, “…” When I’m good, I’m called Little Third Brother; but when I’m bad, I become a Third Donkey. Wow, my dignity is all ruined.
