Strict Wife Of The ’70s Manages The Household - Chapter 823
Dacang’s face turned pale with pain.
He was first hit on the mouth by a stone from Dawang’s slingshot where blood started to flow out immediately. Then, he was kicked in the heart and he almost fainted from the pain. How was he still expected to speak?
Dacang, who was 15 years old, had been kicked over by Dawang, who was 12 years old. Everyone who was present at the scene gasped.
Dawei was frightened by the murderous-looking Dawang and he was stunned on the spot. Facing the person who he reckoned to be the most fearful evil spirit in his mind, he dared not move at all. Dawei became so terrified that he started to wet his pants as the nightmare that had almost healed was made worse by this incident. He sat on the ground and cried loudly whereas anyone with a discerning eye could see that this child was ruined for life.
Old Lady Wu and Sun Aifeng were originally crying and shouting because Liu Wenhu was taken away. Now, they saw Dacang being kicked and vomiting blood as the next blow. They were so scared that they cried and wanted nothing more than to hit Dawang and pull him away.
Dawang frowned and said coldly, “Leave us be! Believe it or not, I will destroy him if you come forth!”
The two women did not dare to move and started crying to Lin Lan again.
Erwang carried Xiaowang on his back while Maisui led Sanwang along. Several other children stood beside Lin Lan, cheering for Dawang.
Sanwang shouted, “Since you deserve a beating so much, this would be enough to satisfy you!”
Xiaowang, “Satisfy you!”
When Lin Lan saw that the children came to support her, she smiled and said softly, “Mom didn’t suffer any loss. Alright now, let’s go home.”
Dawang heard Lin Lan’s voice before he retracted his feet and glanced at Dacang on the ground with contempt, “Don’t let me hear you make another sound! I will beat you every time I hear your voice!”
Dacang laid on the ground coughing and sputtering, but he didn’t dare to say anything else. As long as Dawang was around, he had every intention of being mute.
Dawang glanced around the area when he left. Dawei was already scared to death, so when he thought that Dawang was glancing at him, he ended up fainting out of anxiety.
Lin Lan led the children home.
On the way, Sanwang chattered to Lin Lan, “Mom, we didn’t see you when we got home from school. We knew you were promoting your propagandas, so we worked hard at home. Eldest Brother and I, along with Xiaowang, were cutting branches. Xiaowang had good ears and heard others say that mom was fighting behind the village. When my Eldest Brother heard it, he excitedly picked up his slingshot and ran away. He ran so fast that we couldn’t catch up with him.”
Of course, things were not as exaggerated as he said. Dawang listened to Xiaowang’s words and sent the firewood home and threw it by the door to dry before leaving.
Of course, his walking pace was pretty fast. Erwang and Maisui would definitely not be able to keep up while they were taking care of Xiaowang whereas Sanwang would probably never catch up no matter how hard he tried.
Fortunately, he was still able to watch the entire show play out!
Sanwang said that he was very satisfied, “Eldest Brother, if there is a play next time, you can play Yang Zirong.”
