The Earth-san Has Leveled Up! - Volume 2 Chapter 13.2
Meiko and her friends have a total of 25 of these coins.
That’s 12,500 guineas.
“Hmmm. So, it’s in guineas. How much is a night?”
“Not one night, but one time. You can only stay for 12 hours. The room for a party is 500 guineas per person, 150 guineas for three people. The sleeping room is 600 guineas for three people. Those who don’t have money can stay outside.”
When I asked for more details, it seems that the safety zone specifications are still the same. You just need to pay.
The 12-hour count only decreases when one is on the premises.
In extreme cases, we can continue the style of staying overnight for only one hour per day. So, it would be once, not one night.
Also, no matter how much we pay, we cannot stay for more than 12 hours.
Furthermore, even when camping outside, the time limit decreases, as it seems to be within the safety zone, at least at this time.
Of course, there was no option, not to stay the night.
Meiko and her friends put down their backpacks, take out their wallets from inside, and pay one coin at a time.
The party rooms and the sleeping rooms seemed to be quite different, so they decided to go for the better room since it was so much nicer.
“The room on the second floor is the skipjack room, Nya. But I recommend the Katsuobushi room on the second floor, Nyan!”
What a fishy room name, Meiko thought.
Ruru leaned back and rested her chin on the counter, smiling at the cat. Behind Ruru was Sasara, who was fidgeting as if she wanted to touch the cat.
As the two of them were talking, Meiko decided to speak with them for a while.
“By the way, Cat-san, what’s going on up ahead?”
“That’s information I can’t give you, Nyan.”
“I see. Then who are you, Neko-san?”
“My name is Niya, the store fairy, and my friends open stores in various dungeons.”
Apparently, this cat’s first name was [Niya].
Meiko was not told by the professor that such beings existed.
In other words, it was probably not yet discovered in other dungeons, or the professor was keeping his mouth shut.
To begin with, given the style of dungeon Meiko knew, there didn’t seem to be much need for an inn.
As far as Meiko knew, the SDF had trudged through eight levels of the Little Girl Labyrinth Furthermore, once a visitor entered a level, they could go to the next level by warp or go out.
Because of these specifications, there was little need to stay overnight. If they draw a map of that floor, return, and hand it over to another unit, they could even conquer it 24 hours a day.
“Have the fairies been found in any of the other dungeons yet?”
“Nya Nyan, the dungeon near this dungeon started thriving yesterday. The other dungeons other than that have yet to be discovered, Nyan.”
Apparently, the SDF had discovered the fairy store yesterday. By a hair’s breadth.
Meiko sighed as she thought of the strong men who had treated her so well.
The only reason they were not staying the night was, as Meiko had guessed because there was little need for it.
“So, is there a return gate here?”
“No, there is not. This is a special dungeon, so you have to go all the way to the end.”
“Really…then, is there a boss at the end?”
“That’s information I can’t give you.”
“No…then can we go home?”
“Nyan, the guy who throws the ball on the edge…Nyan…get your gear ready, make the right choice, and you can go home.”
“What is the appropriate choice?”
“I’m not going to tell you, since I’ve already given you so much info, Nyan!”
Meiko nodded in agreement.
“I’m sorry. Thank you for the information.”
Meiko was a little upset, so she decided to cut off the question for the moment.
She would come back in a few hours, she thought.
“So, regarding the info about Banya, but we can shop here, too, right?”
The sign outside said [Weapons and Armor Available], and from the conversation from earlier, they knew that shopping was possible, but there were no products to be found anywhere, so they asked.
“Of course, Nya. This is an all-you-can-eat restaurant that also has an inn and a store!”
“What kind of things do you sell?”
“Meow, this is for humans!”
The cat fairy handed her a booklet. Since it was for humans, there might be one for animals as well.
On the cover was a scene of an endless Torii gate standing in the midst of falling cherry blossoms. The title of the book is “The Dungeon of Infinity Torii, Product Description, Spring Issue”.
Apparently, this dungeon was called the “Dungeon of Infinity Torii”.
There seemed to be many booklets, and we were lent a copy for each person.
However, it may not be taken outside.
The three of them flipped through it.
“My, how lovely.”
Peering into the pamphlet, Sasara sees, a mannequin in a hakama costume stands in the center of the page.
“Meeko, Meeko, ninja desu!”
Ruru said something like that, too, and showed the brochure to Meiko.
There was a mannequin in a ninja costume.
Meiko also looked at the pamphlet.
Apparently, this dungeon was mainly for Japanese costumes.
The title of the pamphlet was “Spring Issue,” and the kimono had a spring-like pattern.
“They all look like strong kimono, but are all dungeons like this?”
“Each dungeon has different products.”
“By the way, are the weapons and armor here strong?”
“All the weapons and armor here are of beginner rank, the same rank as the grimoire and the sword. You say they look strong, but there’s no point in going to the trouble of making them look weak.”
“Well, you’re right.”
Even cloth clothes could be glossy if the dyeing technology was high enough.
They say that since this was not a medieval European-style other world, the beginner-level equipment in the dungeons on Earth looks normally strong.
“I can’t tell you the exact strength, Nyan. Verify it for yourselves, Nyan.”
“Can you just tell us the relative standard?”
“I’ll tell you then, Nyan, it’s obvious.”
