“I love you… Please go out with me.”

Yunika’s words packed a punch, her expression and tone were very natural. It took Haruka a few moments to fully digest what she said.

After Yunika confessed her feelings, she regretted what she had done.

Yunika’s voice was small, but she was sure that the classmates sitting around her heard it. The confusion spread across the classroom.

She was frightened of the reactions of the people around her, she couldn’t look away from Haruka who was still stunned.

But still, Yunika was okay with it. She focused all her attention on him.

She admired Haruka who took action in the forest school without caring about what the others would think of him, all for the sake of protecting Ria, a Rank E citizen.

Yunika pulled a face in disbelief.

The classroom became blatantly noisy.

It was a fact that was hard to believe. Everyone stared at Haruka and Yunika with stunned expressions.

Paying no attention to the reactions of those around her, Yunika smiled and shed a single tear.

“Hibiki? What are you doing?” (Yunika)

Haruka was ready to get down on his knees and beg for forgiveness, but he has no plans on letting any of them go. He doesn’t say anything to Hibiki verbally, just a passing thought in his mind.
