“What? There won’t be a booth?”

“First-year students are only involved in the stage performances. You should be a little more interested in school.”

Yunika lightly slapped Haruka on the cheek.

“Well then, let’s go.”

Haruka stood up and grabbed his bag without asking what he was going to help Reika with.

Reika, who had been looking down at Haruka who was seated, now found herself looking up at him as he stood up.

Reika casually scanned her surroundings, her gaze wandering. She spotted several students who seemed to be paying attention to Yunika, who is currently a hot topic.

Yunika is not dense. Surely she was aware that she was attracting attention. Of course, that includes the feelings of malicious intent towards her.

However, she disregarded such things and showed unwavering affection towards Haruka, as if to say they didn’t matter.

Reika envied her.

Haruka lightly kissed Yunika on the lips once, and then on her cheek without any hesitation.

He gently poked her cheek and said, “See you tomorrow,” as he moved away.

Yunika gave a small wave and sends Haruka off with a smile.

She paid no heed to the students who were whispering about them from behind.

Haruka glanced at Ria as he led Reika to the classroom entrance.

Their eyes met as Ria grabbed her bag from her desk.

Though she couldn’t hear what they were talking about, Ria also waved at Haruka and Reika to send them off.

Haruka gave a small nod in return and left the classroom. Reika nodded her head as if imitating him and followed suit.

There was someone who watched the entire sequence of events, starting from when Reika called out to Haruka until the two left the classroom.

It was Claudia Shinku.

She sat behind one seat of Haruka’s desk. She watched the whole scene without talking to anyone. She remained silent and wore a blank expression on her face.

Not only during after school, but also during recess and lunch break.

Haruka, who was engrossed in cheerful conversations with the others, never spared a single glance at Shinku.
