As Xiao Yu descended the stairs, she saw the father and son were almost done with their breakfast. Kong Yuqing greeted her cheerfully. “Madam, you’re up?”
Xiao Yu nodded and asked, “What’s for breakfast?”
“In the morning, Lao Zheng fried shredded taro and cooked millet porridge, which is very delicious.” Kong Yuqing replied before she headed back to the kitchen to serve Xia Yu porridge.
