When Su Yin and Qing Li parted, Su Yin looked back and said, “Qing Li, if Mo Ting and I die and can have a whole body, I hope you can bury us together.”

They might die in life, but she knew Qing Li would definitely survive!

The cold wind blew, and Su Yin’s smile did not reach her eyes, because she saw no hope, her eyes had no focus.

Qing Li blinked and said indifferently, “That’s a different price.”

Su Yin: “……”

After Su Yin and Mo Ting left, the little girl living in cabin number 9 timidly ran over again.

“Sister, do you want to play with us?” she asked with hopeful eyes.

Qing Li raised an eyebrow, sensing something. With a curved smile in her eyes, she said, “Of course.”

Seeing Qing Li agree, the little girl showed a sweet and cute smile and took the initiative to hold Qing Li’s hand.

A small note was slipped into Qing Li’s palm.

Qing Li remained calm, and the note disappeared in her hand.

At that moment, a little boy playing nearby suddenly screamed in agony.

Blood splattered everywhere, and a severed arm lay in the snow, its fingers still twitching.

The boy clutched at the torn wound on his shoulder, rolling in pain in the snow. More and more blood flowed through the gaps between his fingers, leaving startling, vivid streaks on the snow.

The other children were terrified, huddling together, shivering and too scared to move.

A middle-aged woman responsible for their food and lodging came over upon hearing the commotion.

Her face, usually gentle when caring for the children, turned cold upon seeing the boy’s severed arm.

“What a pity,” she murmured softly.

Having raised such a high-quality livestock, now turned into a defective product.

“Take him to healing Center No. 6,” the woman said emotionlessly.

The boy was roughly placed on a stretcher, his forehead bulging with veins, convulsing on the stretcher due to the intense pain.

“Mommy, where are they taking Qi Yuan?” a little girl asked with tearful eyes.

“He’s hurt, they’re taking him to the hospital to heal,” the woman said gently, stroking her head.

Hearing her words, the other worried children felt relieved.

But then, the woman suddenly turned to Qing Li with a frosty voice, “She’s sick too, take her to healing Center No. 6.”

Qing Li rolled her eyes, puffing her cheeks, “You’re the sick one, your whole family is sick.”

The woman, trembling with anger, said, “Take her away quickly.”

She didn’t want to see this livestock again.

Qing Li hummed but didn’t resist, obediently following two women away.

Ahead of her, the boy on the stretcher was bleeding profusely, in dire need of blood-stopping measures.

Yet, the boy looked at Qing Li, a strange smile curling his lips.

Arriving at healing Center No. 6, Qing Li had thought it was a real healing center, but it turned out to be a dilapidated building.

The door of the building opened with a creak, releasing a strong smell of blood and rot.

A tall figure wearing a wild boar mask and a protective suit stepped out.

The suit was stained with blood and bits of flesh.

“These two are defective, deal with them,” the young woman instructed.

The muffled, hoarse voice from the boar mask replied, “Understood.”

The stretcher carrying the boy was thrown in, and hands harshly pushed Qing Li inside.

“boom–”

The door slammed shut.

The boy’s body fell from the stretcher, rolling on the floor, his lips bitten to a bloody pulp from the immense pain.

The dim oil lamp illuminated the hall, allowing Qing Li to finally see the walls around her, covered with corpses that had been gutted and eviscerated.

The corpses were hung by wires around their necks, their internal organs already removed, with undried blood dripping down from their toes.

The little boy, seeing such a terrifying and bloody scene for the first time, had a vacant look in his eyes, even forgetting his pain.

“What a pity that such a fine appearance has become flawed,” a man said.

Picking up a boning knife from the chopping board, his tall figure loomed over Qing Li and the little boy, the sharp blade reflecting a crimson light.

He cruelly said, “Let me help you find release!”

“Oh, really?”

Qing Li smiled slightly, a huge axe suddenly appearing in her hand.

The axe blade gleamed with a bloodthirsty intent.

The man, wearing a boar’s head mask, couldn’t show his expression, but his body paused slightly at the sight of the huge axe in Qing Li’s hand.

“Bang—”

Without waiting for the man to react, Qing Li swung her axe down.

The man quickly retreated, dodging, while Qing Li pressed on, her axe cutting through his protective gear, blood spurting out instantly.

He covered his stomach with his hand, incredulously looking at the fresh blood on his palm.

“Damn it, how dare such a lowly flawed product hurt me.”

His muffled voice roared in anger, swinging his boning knife at Qing Li.

Qing Li narrowed her eyes, her lips curving into a naive smile, “It’s my first time killing someone, will you teach me?”

The huge axe swung down again, easily severing the man’s hand holding the boning knife.

The severed hand and knife fell to the floor, making a crisp collision sound.

Qing Li smiled slightly, “Sorry, I didn’t mean it.”

After saying that, she swung her axe again, chopping off one of the man’s legs.

Grinning, she said, “This time, I did it on purpose.”

“Ah ah ah—”

The man screamed in unbearable pain.

“You can’t kill me, even if you do, you won’t be able to leave here.”

He, a human, had willingly sold his soul to become the butcher of the sixth slaughterhouse.

He raised his cleaver every day to gut and slaughter his own kind, his hands stained with countless blood.

But he never thought that today he would become the meat on the chopping board, at the mercy of others.

Qing Li was unmoved, leisurely wiping the blood splatters on her face.

“Even if I let you go, you won’t survive!”

“A livestock with a mutilated body is thrown into the slaughterhouse as a flawed product, so what about a butcher with a mutilated body?”

Under the dim oil lamp, Qing Li’s expression was obscure, her smile cold, “A butcher who can no longer hold a cleaver is just trash, worse than a flawed product. Do you think… sparing you would be of any use?”

Upon hearing Qing Li’s words, the man fell silent.

More than the physical pain, he feared the terror from his soul.

But in the end, Qing Li did not chop off his head.

“I won’t kill you. Just wait here for the new butcher to come and be dealt with as defective goods!”

The murderer, always killed by others.

This is his fate!
