“The first question, where is the abandoned laboratory in this school?” Qing Li asks with a cold voice.

The female head speaks first: “There are many abandoned labs in the school, which one are you referring to?”

Qing Li clarifies, “The one where a boy was skinned.”

The female head’s absent-minded expression changes abruptly, and the male head quickly answers, “On the ground floor of the experimental building on the westernmost side of the school, it’s the second room from the left.”

“You’re lying.”

Qing Li sees through the lie, squats down, picks up the man’s head, and with a sharp scalpel cuts off one of his ears.

The male head screams in agony in Qing Li’s hands. He asks resentfully, “How do you know I’m lying?”

Qing Li responds indifferently, “Just a guess.”

She drops the male head on the ground, her icy gaze devoid of warmth, her voice suddenly sharp and chilling.

“I think you don’t understand the rules of the game. I want the correct answer. If you intentionally give a wrong answer or don’t answer, I’ll take a part from your heads as punishment.”

The two ghostly heads show expressions of fear and shiver with unfamiliar terror.

Yang Le mutters quietly, “Is she really human?”

Han Qianmo replies, “She’s human, but not a normal one.”

Su Yin nods in agreement, “I don’t know why, but I feel a bit sorry for those ghosts.”

The other two players, sharing the same thought, remain silent.

This is their first time witnessing a human player interrogate ghosts with such brutal methods.

However, as long as it leads to useful clues, everything is considered the best arrangement.

After being intimidated, the female ghost quickly gives in, “Behind the school’s experimental building, there’s an old laboratory building. On the first floor of that building, counting from the right, the fourth room is where the tragedy happened.”

“Good girl, here’s a reward, an arm for you.”

Qing Li chops off an arm from a corpse and throws it in front of the female head.

The female head’s previously frightened eyes suddenly turn greedy.

“The second question, before the murder occurred, a new female teacher came to your school, what was her name?”

The female head answers quickly, “Her name is Xia Yao.”

Feeling her answer is too simple, she elaborates, “She is 167 cm tall, weighs 45 kg, with an 80C bust and a 57 cm waist…”

Qing Li interrupts, “No need for the irrelevant details.”

“Oh.” The female head quickly shuts up.

“Answered quickly, here’s another arm as a reward.”

Qing Li chops off another arm and throws it in front of the female head.

The female head grins happily.

?Does everyone feel like the little village girl is using PUA tactics??

?What’s PUA? Your comment has my CPU running out of capacity.?

?Nonsense, it should be ICU, her head’s chopped off, if not rushed to ICU immediately, she can’t be saved.?

?Isn’t it KFC? Cutting off your arm as a reward to give you, even capitalists would cry at this.?

?If the male ghost doesn’t hurry up, he’s going to be BBQ-ed.?

“The third question, how did you die?”

The female head’s smile freezes instantly, her eyes widen in extreme fear.

The male head reacts similarly, his face pale as paper, bleeding from seven orifices, his eyes staring wide open.

“No, I don’t know, I’ve forgotten how I died, but I know I must have experienced something terrible.”

The female head’s voice trembles, a fear etched into her soul.

Qing Li knows she’s not lying, and rewards her with a chopped off leg.

“The fourth question, how many ghosts are there in your school?” Qing Li asks, the question she’s really interested in.

After all, her hospital can’t just rely on Chu Ci alone, and the ghosts of medical students from this school meet her talent needs.

This time, the male head answers first: “3721.”

“Good, this leg is your reward.”

Qing Li tosses another bloody leg to the female head.

“Why? I answered the question first.” The male head roars in dissatisfaction.

Qing Li smiles slightly: “Because… I give it to whoever I want!”

“You’re playing me.” The male head glares angrily.

“It’s you who played me first with the first question, don’t think that just cutting off one of your ears is the end of it.”

Qing Li kicks the male head away.

Finally, the female head gets a complete body and leaves happily.

The other three players have indescribable expressions as they walk over.

What was thought to be a simple and sweet girl turned out to be deceivingly dark.

The contrast is too great.

“We already know the location of the abandoned laboratory, we need to hurry there. Otherwise, once the protection mode is off, we won’t be enough for the three thousand-plus ghosts to devour,” says Su Yin.

“Oh, you guys go ahead, I have other things to do.”

Qing Li plans to split from the others.

Su Yin looks at her with a complex gaze and nods: “Okay, then take care of yourself.”

Although this little girl is powerful, staying with them is like a time bomb, so splitting up is indeed a good choice.

“By the way, want to buy some talismans? A hundred thousand popularity points each.”

Before leaving, Qing Li suddenly turned around, almost forgetting to drum up business for herself.

Seeing her holding a stack of talismans, Su Yin suddenly remembered the first time she met this girl, scamming in the rest area.

“What kind of talismans?” Yang Le leaned in, curious.

“Peace talismans, evil-warding talismans, ghost-expelling talismans, you name it,” Qing Li enthusiastically pitched.

“Ah, so you’re a charlatan,” Yang Le said disdainfully.

Such a young age, yet bluffing and deceiving.

Despite saying this, Yang Le then added, “Give me ten of each kind.”

Not because he was superstitious, but simply because he had more popularity points than he knew what to do with.

Seeing this generous ‘God of Fortune’ child, Qing Li’s eyes sparkled with satisfaction.

After a handover of money and goods, Qing Li patted Yang Le’s shoulder and said, “Young man, you must survive, you hear!”

His heart warmed at her sudden concern.

Although this little girl was crazy and eccentric, she was still pure and kind at heart.

“Little sister, thank you for your concern,” Yang Le said, moved to the point of tears.

Qing Li continued solemnly, “If you die, I’ll lose a generous God of Fortune, so you must live well.”

Yang Le: “…”

He really wanted to die right then.

Su Yin and Han Qianmo also bought some talismans, though not as lavishly as Yang Le.

They were skeptical about Qing Li’s identity, but if the talismans really worked, they might end up being life-saving for them.

It’s always good to have an extra option.

After parting with the others, Qing Li headed to a teaching building heavy with gloomy energy, where several huge, barren locust trees stood in front of the building. The light was on in a classroom on the fourth floor, and there was a faint sound of someone studying.

“Studying so late into the night, must be a very diligent student, definitely should recruit them to work at the hospital.”

Qing Li straightened the braids on her chest, her smile growing deeper.

Her purpose here was clear, to recruit talents for the hospital and coax some free labor.

So, she needed to choose carefully ???
