A Girl Who Was Told "You Have No Talent" Turned Out To Be A Talented Monster - Chapter 140.1
Ex-Piece, Convinced, And…
“…Fantastic!” (Random Believer)
“Fascinating!” (Random Believer)
In the square of the Holy City, Roma was performing a dance she had invented in front of the masses. The occasion was made possible by the cooperation of Bishop Annel, an elderly Sister-like bishop she had met at church.
Roma, who had received a thunderous round of applause, was now nervous. It was the first time in her life that she had danced in front of such a large audience and received applause.
“Thank you, everyone. The teachings of Mathias Religion… Living with Nature… I used them as a base for my dance.” (Roma)
“It was as if I could feel the rustling of the grass and trees and the breath of the animals very close to me!” (Random Believer)
“Even our smallest sins seem to be swept away to the heavens…” Random Believer)
Killing is not a good thing, but a punishment. Sin flows to heaven and is purified by God.
Roma did not share all of these ideals. She just respected and tried to implement them in her dance. She gave meaning to the way of life and ideas that were different from her own.
“There was no madness in your eyes. I wish Johan could have seen it…” (Annel)
“Johan?” (Roma)
Roma struggled to keep her composure, having already heard the name from Litty.
She couldn’t help but want to continue the conversation with Annel.
“Roma-san, was it! I’d love for you to stay until the inauguration of the Great Sage!” (Annel)
“Yes, I intend to. I believe in the inauguration of Clarine to be the new Great Holy Maiden.” (Roma)
“Oh is that so. She was an adventurer just like you. She was imprisoned for a crime she didn’t commit, I was so sad to hear that news…” (Annel)
Roma looked into the old man’s eyes. He had lived with the Mathias religion all his life until he reached this age.
He knew nothing about it, he just believed in it with a single-minded devotion. On the other hand, there are others, like the old couple Litty told him about.
For whom and for what? Roma finally decided to take action.

“Johan was a wonderful priest.” (Annel)
At the church run by Annel, Roma decided to get some information about Johan from Annel.
That he had been selected as a candidate for bishop. That he was highly regarded by the Pope and the archbishop. How he disappeared one day.
Unable to find anything useful, Roma decided to push a little further.
“Without leaving a note? What did the archbishop and the pope say?” (Roma)
“They were also saddened. They were worried about something, and regretted that they couldn’t help him.” (Annel)
“For a man of his stature to disappear, he must have been concerned about something, as people like him tend to have a tendency to hold things inside.” (Roma)
“Yes… Yes, that may be so.” (Annel)
The disappearance of Johan, a man that Aisha was close to before she became the Great Saint.
Johan’s disappearance was definitely related to the upper echelons of the church. Although there didn’t seem to be any deep connection, Roma couldn’t help but be convinced that it was the case.
“Was Johan married?” (Roma)
“No, he is single. I’m sure there were women who wooed him, but maybe he had feelings for someone as he rejected them all.” (Annel)
“When did he leave?” (Roma)
“About six months ago. That was shortly before the news of the Great Sage’s illness.” (Annel)
