Roma was knocked off her feet by an unexpected attack. Despite how they looked, they had power that was worthy enough to be considered monstrous, and far surpasses that of a human.

A man in a white robe slowly emerged.

At first, Litty was alarmed to see that it might be Archbishop Ryouhou, but she soon realized that it was not the case.

The hood fluttered off, and when Litty looked at his face, there was nothing in common except for the rounded head.

“Mirai?!” (Kuufa)

“Gra… Grand Shark…” (Mirai)

Kuufa immediately tried to calm Mirai down. She was also confused by the sudden turn of events.

Ryoukai, previously called Griza, frowned slightly at Litty’s indifferent response.

Anger, disgust, or grief… He had expected one of these reactions.

Ryoukai said to provoke them.

“Mirai-san… Let’s fix those people.” (Litty)

“Yeah…” (Mirai)

“Yeah… What?” (Ryoukai)

Ryoukai’s relaxed demeanor slightly collapsed.

It was also at that moment when his previous demeanor as Griza escaped his facade.

“Mirai can do it.” (Kuufa)

“What are you talking about? How will she even be able to?” (Ryoukai)

“She can do it.” (Kuufa)

“What are you…?” (Ryoukai)

Mirai had a track record of even healing soldiers who were disfigured by Juliana at the Taharajal palace.

Kuufa knew what Mirai was capable of.

She knew that Mirai could do it. By letting her pave her own path, Mirai could grow. With this hope, Kuufa held Mirai’s hand.

“You don’t understand anything. Mirai is remarkable.” (Kuufa)

“You’re not making any sense, however, don’t you realize it yet? You were lured in here.” (Ryoukai)

Kuufa gasped at this revelation, but Litty replied.

“Kuufa-san, Mirai-chan, I’m going to fight Griza, so please take care of those people, Roma-san help them as well.” (Litty)

“…Oh, are you sure about this?” (Ryoukai)

Ryoukai took a unique stance, ready to intercept Litty.

Ex-Piece was surrounded by those strange beings, but no one among them despaired.

“It is as I had heard from Ryouhou-sama, after all. For some reason, looking at you is aggravating. Very well. Litty the Blameless, I will pour out your sins to the heavens.” (Ryoukai)

Though his words were polite, Ryoukai’s forehead was covered with veins.

It was also a sign of how much of a rabid beast he was during his Grand Shark days.
