A Girl Who Was Told "You Have No Talent" Turned Out To Be A Talented Monster - Chapter 145.2
Litty saw such a scene and appreciated Kuufa’s strength.
“We managed to handle it…” (Kuufa)
“Huh, it was quite a tough fight, but I’m glad I was able to improve my coordination with Kuufa-chan.” (Roma)
“Good work you two. But Ryoukai escaped…” (Litty)
“Escape, against Litty…” (Roma)
Litty was thinking about Ryoukai’s Shinryu-ken.
She was finally close to grasping its core, but something was amiss.
However, there was no time for her to dwell on it since they still had to deal with the mysterious beings Kuufa had captured.
It was Mirai who had declared that they could be restored.
Mirai was pointing her hand at one of the mysterious beings in the Aqua Prison.
“High Rank Healing Magic Angel Heal…” (Mirai)
So-called Angel Heal was significantly more difficult than any High Rank offensive magic.
Healers generally used it only in a special environment, such as a sanatorium.
Even for veteran Healers, normal healing magic was already quite difficult to use while in the midst of battle.
This was why those that could do so, were so valued, but it was also a position that imposes the most responsibility.
It was not uncommon for healers to be expelled if they were not good enough for a party, as was the case with cleric Laila, a healer Litty met in the town of Topas.
Angel Heal was a difficult skill even for priests to control and could also be counterproductive if done incorrectly.
“Uooh…”
“Little by little, their original figure is being restored!” (Litty)
With Mirai’s magic power, the cells of the mysterious being were restored to their original form.
While the logic was the same as treating an injury, the level of difficulty in doing this was truly of a different dimension.
One of the mysterious beings, soon was enveloped in a pale light, eventually transformed into a naked human.
The figure was an adult woman.
“Next…” (Mirai)
“Mirai, take it easy.” (Kuufa)
“I’m okay…” (Mirai)
“I’ll help you as well…” (Kuufa)
Kuufa touched Mirai and poured magic power into her.
Mana Chain, as the name suggests, was a magic to share magic power, but it was also very difficult to perform.
Those in the know said it was similar to the sensation of inflating a balloon.
Excessive supply of magic power could lead to mana bursts or magical intoxication. Worst of all, it could even be life-threatening.
“Litty-san and Roma-san, please go ahead. We’ll take care of this…” (Kuufa)
“Ah, okay, we will.” (Litty)
Litty finally recovered her senses after being entranced by Mirai’s healing magic.
It would still take some time to return everyone captured back into humans, and additional mysterious beings might attack.
If that happened, Kuufa should be able to deal with them as she still had sufficient magic power.
“A little more…” (Kuufa)
She was being careful with the Mana Chain while also being vigilant of their surroundings.
Kuufa could be said to have now reached the ranks of a full-fledged summoner.
Just a little while ago, she was unable to control her own magic power, and would simply consume a lot of magic power to compensate for her lack of skill when casting any kind of magic.
But now it was different. Kuufa could now draw out quite a bit of the magic power from Aquaria as well without problems.
“I’ll do my best…” (Kuufa)
The weight of those words was different from before.
She had finally become a proper summoner, which could be considered as a great achievement when compared to an average summoner. However, when it came to the level of bond between the summoner and their summoned beast, Litty still far surpassed Kuufa, which frustrated Aquaria to this day.
“Maybe it won’t be too long before you can use my full power…” (Aquaria)
“No, not yet…” (Kuufa)
There was no lie in Aquaria’s words.
If the full power of the water spirit could be drawn out, ordinary humans and monsters would not be able to even touch Kuufa anymore.
The Ex-Piece party, including Kuufa, was steadily reaching beyond the scope of Special class.
No one in Ex-Piece, including Litty, was yet aware of this possibility.
