Otome Game no Heroine de Saikyou Survival [WN] - Chapter 161.2
He’s a tough guy, but he won’t be able to move for a while.
Just as I started to move in to finish the rest first, I heard the bloody man muttering with a smirk out of the corner of my eye, followed by a “chant” incantation from the Dark Elf.
“Hah, you are dead…”
“–[Fire Arrow]–“
Four [Fire Arrow], were shot out from the Dark Elf at the same time, and I, who had noticed the incantation rhyme, jumped to the side and dodged them.
It was an advanced technique to shoot several magic spells at the same time. But only one was released at me, and the other three [Fire Arrow], shot the other three who were focused on me from behind.
“Gaaaah!?”
Even a level 1 [Fire Arrow], if taken from behind in a vital spot, would be fatal. The man who had been so sure of his victory after I dodged in the gap collapsed, looking at me in disbelief, not understanding why he had been shot.
“Tsk.”
The Dark Elf who killed the Crucian who had been his companion clicked his tongue and turned away.
Probably sensing that he had little chance of winning with a mob, he changed his objective to silence them. I flipped up my skirt, pulled out my knife, and shot, but I was a split second too late and my attack was blocked by a building in the alleyway where the Dark Elf had jumped in.
Immediately, I followed him. However, I did not see Dark Elf, who should have entered the alley, and when I searched for his presence by detection, I caught a glimpse of the hem of his cloak as he disappeared to the rooftop of a two-story building.
I also slung the Sickle Type Pendulum over the edge of the rooftop and ran up the wall at once, and just as I reached the rooftop, a [Fire Arrow], flew at me. But that’s something I have been expecting because he had done it before when he was escaping
“–[Magic Shield]–“
The [Magic Shield], which I quickly created, deflected the [Fire Arrow],
“What!?”
At the time when the Dark Elf, astonished at seeing my action, I rushed to jump to the other building and also finished preparing my next move.
“–[Shadow Pain]–“
“Gyaaa!?”
Suddenly, Dark Elf fell from the rooftop, his legs twitching from the sudden intense pain.
I jumped down from the rooftop after him, and Dark Elf, who had apparently broken his leg, stared at me while enduring the Shadow Pain.
“How… do you know that magic? [Magic Shield], is only known to a few of us…”
“So you’re part of the Evil Race…”
The [Magic Shield], which I used, was passed down to me by my master Celeshura, a former member of the Demon Army and was known as [War Demon]. So, the only people who should know about it would be Master and the Evil Race from the same country.
“…kuh”
The Dark Elf man who unintentionally leaked the information kept his mouth shut. But his demeanor also made me sure.
There was a fear that Master’s survival would be known to the Demon Tribe because of my use of Master’s magic, but in any case, many of my tactics and techniques were of Evil Race origin, so it was too late for that now.
If it was, I wanted them to not know about it, I would simply get rid of them. The Dark Elf man stared at me with a greasy sweat, but then suddenly lost his expression as if he had reached a point of no return and biting into the ornament of a pendant that he was wearing on his chest.
“Goooh…”
“Tsk!”
