Otome Game no Heroine de Saikyou Survival [WN] - Chapter 161.3
The man who spat out a large amount of blood collapsed. …Poison, huh? It seems that he committed suicide before information could be taken from him, but what was the reason for concealing it so well?
The ornament itself was probably a crystal of poison or a small glass bottle filled with poison. But…if he didn’t fight back and immediately killed himself, there is a possibility that a very big plan is in motion in the Evil Race.
I went out into the street to look for signs and found this Dark Elf and others like him in several places. I could not deal with all of them. Trying to get information would be futile if they were going to commit suicide and even if I tried to inform Jesha, she would have already left by now.
Monster outbreak. The relationship between the Rizan group and the Evil Race… There was no time for me to investigate all of them, and they were probably already on the move.
“…not enough information.”
This was a matter of concern to me, but I had other priorities. For now, I decided to accomplish my part and returned to the base where Elena was located.

“How did I end up here?”
On the way to the base, Camille encountered a Monster.
A huge humanoid figure of easily over two meters, with skin as hard as a rock. Two horns sprout from its distorted humanoid head… This monster, with its sand-colored skin that could blend in with the sand dust, was a type of [ogre] that inhabited this region.
The ogre was a powerful monster, usually ranked from the upper Rank 3 to the lower Rank 4, and the ogres that inhabited this area were supposed to be found deep in the ancient ruins of Reiz Veil.
Although a few ogres occasionally appeared outside the ruins in groups, Camille encountered only one. Perhaps, like the mini-dragons, it was chased away by something and wandered out of the ruins.
[Guooooh!]
The ogre was a human-eating monster. Apparently starving, the individual screamed with delight at the food it had finally found. It was a powerful monster, but to its annoyance, the ogre was carrying a rusted great sword with a broken blade, which it must have found somewhere.
“…”
Camille, who had decided that a battle was inevitable and whose expression had disappeared, pulled out two magic swords.
In terms of strength, they were almost evenly matched. But more than the danger, there was no way to let this man-eating Monster get close to the base where Ron and the others were.
[Gah…]
Seeing the change in Camille’s mood, the ogre changed his eyes from [meat] to [enemy] to the humanoid species in front of it.
[Guooooo!!!]
“Hah!!!”
*Gakkin!!
The broken greatsword and the magic sword collide, creating sparks of magic power.
The clash chipped the blade of the great sword, but Camille was knocked away by the difference in status.
However, Camille took advantage of the characteristics of the magic sword and even used its power to fight back. He rotated around and slashed at the ogre’s arm with the magic sword from the side opposite his attack.
Gishi…!
[Gaaaaaah!]
The face of the ogre that received Camille’s attack distorted its face as if smiling. The blade of the magic sword certainly hit the ogre’s arm, but it could not cut deeply through the ogre’s skin, which was said to have the same hardness as a rock.
