Otome Game no Heroine de Saikyou Survival [WN] - Chapter 187.1
Selection Ceremony Part 10 The Second Part of Three
Charlemagne…. A Rank 5 warrior, the Chief of the Demon Clan, who wielded magic, suddenly appeared on the scene.
“Little Girl. It seems like you have killed a lot of my hands. I wondered if you were luring me with your trail of blood.”
“…”
I was followed on the trail of my kills? Even though the monsters would have taken care of the corpses in the dungeon, I guess there were limits.
[Charlemagne][Race: Dark Elf Female][Rank 5]
[Magic Power: 354/380][Strength: 197/210]
[Total Combat Power: 1611 (With Physical Enhancements: 2097)]
“You…. If you interfere with my battle, I will kill you first.”
Doehill stepped forward with his greatsword at the ready, as if to restart the battle with me, and with a glance, he unleashed his intimidation.
“I don’t plan to do that…. I wouldn’t mind if you continue, but I’m afraid that things will only end up in her favor.”
Charlemagne did not change expression in the midst of Doehill’s Intimidation, and only turned her gaze toward me.
I guess she was trying to read the situation. I was thinking that if the two demons got into a brawl, I would have a chance of winning, but Charlemagne didn’t seem to be willing to allow it to happen.
“You are only going to get in my way. But either way, you and I have always been competing against each other. I’ll take your head after I take that little girl’s head and give you a special honor after you die.”
“Can you do it? Do you really think you can do it? So can I. If that’s what you want, I’ll do the same for my warriors who were killed by you, as well the ones killed by that little girl.”
As soon as the two of them finished their talk, the warriors on both sides released their killing intent.
Overall, it still ended up as a clash between them, but the killing intent was also directed at me and had not waned in the slightest. The Gouma clan members had been unable to touch me because of their chief, while the Youma clan probably had a grudge against the Gouma clan for killing their comrades.
If I was not careful, I would have to deal with both clans at the same time.
“Then… let’s go!”
Doehill kicked out of the stone floor, and the first thing he aimed at was me.
I did not know whether his priority was to settle the score with me or whether he was disgusted that Charlemagne would take my life, but I was prepared from the start, and while turning around, I pulled a knife from the gap in my skirt and threw it at him.
“Don’t underestimate me!”
Doehill did not even avoid the throwing knife, but caught it with the metal plate on his forehead and lunged at me without even slowing down.
A flash of the sword struck sideways. Even a graze would be enough for me to get a glimpse of death, so I jumped into the air to dodge the trajectory of that sword–
“Nuuuoooo!!!”
Doehill’s muscles rose with a yell, and his trajectory changed to a right angle as blood spurted from the capillaries in his arm. I managed to avoid the sword with a kick in the air, and brought down the Heavy Type Pendulum, which I had released.
*Gakkin!
