Today, the 7th Division arrived at the fortress to take over our duties. 

Rays-sama summoned me to his office to visit the Commander of the 7th Division. What caught me off guard was Rays-sama pointed out I was the one who proposed the 7th Division take over the Lieze Fortress. 

When did I do something like that? 

“Hooh, so it’s you…” 

The 7th Division commander who squinted his eyes as he examined me has curly red hair and red-tinged eyes. He screamed the words “foreigner.” 

From what I remembered, the commander of the 7th Division, Thor di Solgia, was from the southern continent. I took a deep breath to regain my calm, then asked, “I heard you first joined the 3rd Division after the Commander of the 3rd Division at the time enthusiastically invited you.”

General Thor asked, his voice shocked and cautious. I was getting carried away again.

Our two-month stay at Lieze Fortress has come to an end. We, the 10th Division, would now return to the capital.

I wasn’t sure how much the letter would influence Wickharlt-sama’s judgment. Perhaps it might have no impact at all. However, I wanted to do all I could. 

Finally, that night, I heard about the punishment for the 6th Division.
