The Consequences of Having a Master-Servant Relationship With a Yandere After Reincarnation - Side Story 3
T/N: I forgot to mention this. Regarding Rona and Leila’s gender, yes, it will be inconsistent depending on the PoV or speakers. The author did this too, so I’m not gonna change that. Just keep in mind that The only ones who know their original gender are the reincarnated bunch. Even Ashley didn’t know about it.
Side Story 3 – A Servant’s Friend
I recently noticed this.
“Ojou-sama, the face you’re making when you’re in pain like this looks so beautiful.”
“…uu… ugh…”
I held a fork in my right hand while holding the back of Ojou-sama’s head with my left. Ojou-sama shook her head in disgust as the green pepper was pushed into her mouth, but I ignored it and shove it right into her mouth.
The Randolph brothers, who were seated in front of us, observed us while leaning on their elbows. Contrary to the rumors, those guys weren’t exactly well-mannered.
“You’re not going to swallow it without chewing it properly, are you? I made this for you, Ojou-sama. You wouldn’t want everything to go to waste, would you?”
“…urp… uuuhh…”
I seasoned it to make it easier to eat, you know? It’s just a little bitter, she should be able to eat it. She could easily consume coffee and bitter chocolate, so why couldn’t she do the same with green pepper? Even her parents are also puzzled by this. Also, she is almost seventeen, she should be able to handle this much bitterness.
My heart is in tatters too, Ojou-sama, but this is for your sake, you know? Revenge is definitely not my goal here.
“I’m starting to feel sorry for her.”
“She’s just reaping what she sowed. Rona, remember this, if you ever did something bad, it will come back and bite you someday, so be careful.”
Rona cowered in fear as he quickly lowered his head and went back to finish his meal.
The eldest son of the Randolph family next to Rona swallowed what was in his mouth before he opened his mouth to speak.
“So, I heard that you need me for something?”
“…Stop using that forced polite tone when talking to me…”
Whenever he talked to Ojou-sama or Rona, he used a more casual tone. Perhaps that was how the real Gray Randolph sounds like.
The president cleared his throat, folded his hands, and continued on.
“So, what did you want to talk about?”
“It’s about Count Campbell’s daughter.”
Currently, we are eating in the student council room. I asked Rona to call his brother, the president. I thought that since Rona had been making his own meal as well as his brother’s, it should be okay to meet him somewhere other than the cafeteria.
But since they were a little bit too close even for siblings, I was worried that our classmates might misunderstand something if we were to meet in the open, so here we are. Well, there’s that, but there is a bigger problem at hand currently.
Earlier this morning, I received a huge shock.
Ojou-sama came out of the dormitory accompanied by Morton-senpai. Morton-senpai was in a bad mood, clinging tightly to Ojou-sama, and refused to leave her side for a long time.
It seemed that yesterday Morton-senpai was verbally abused by Count Campbell’s daughter. ‘No matter how pretty she is, that woman is a no-no!’ She said. Then Ojou-sama apologized and asked her to go to the school together, to which she accepted.
I was shocked. That Lelia Morton lost. That Leila Morton whose tenacity was unparalleled and unrivaled, actually lost.
When I told them about it, Rona laughed in amusement and the president chuckled.
“Beating Morton-senpai, she sure is something.”
“Well, I hope he learns from this and turns into a decent person.”
“The problem isn’t Morton-senpai though.”
It’s true that lascivious woman’s outburst has been getting annoying lately, but that isn’t the point.
I’ve been ignoring that Count Campbell’s daughter yesterday, but she has been pestering me a lot today. She had her pride hurt yesterday, but she didn’t give up on her interest in me. It’s annoying to deal with her.
“Oh, so that’s why she’s been looking all over the places for you.”
“What did I do to deserve this kind of treatment?”
I can’t stand the thought that I’ll be chased around all the time. I hate noisy women like her.
“So, you want me, as the successor of the duke to shut her up?”
“Yes, as expected, President, you understand things quickly.”
“Now, that’s rare for you to praise me.”
Being acquainted with someone in power is useful for such occasions. That woman had been flaunting her father’s title, so we can use the president against her. Besides, he’s both her senior and the student council president, she can’t flaunt her title against him.
“Ah, that’s impossible, my brother is too soft on girls. Especially on a hard-headed girl like her.”
“Shut up, b*tch.”
“Don’t call me a b*tch, b*tch.”
Well… the more you know. Looking back, Ojou-sama did drill on him quite hard.
“If there’s anyone you can rely on, it’s me! I’m unmatched in stalking, I’ll find out every one of her weaknesses!”
“So you said, but what about your study, dear little brother? Is it going well?”
That’s not something that you should say proudly. In fact, you shouldn’t tell anyone about it. The president held his head in his hands.
“You stalked someone before? …Urp… I need water…”
Don’t drink the water to force the pepper down your throat, please, just taste it properly. It’s a fresh green pepper, you know?
“Well, no, but, I originally had that setting. You see, I told you before that there was a remake version of the game. While the settings of the other characters were basically the same as before, they added new settings to me and Arkwright-senpai. I’m supposed to be a stalker while Arkwright-senpai is self-destructive.”
“So you are a natural-born stalker.”
“In a way, yes.”
I don’t know what Ojou-sama and Rona are talking about, but I don’t want to involve myself in that conversation. Ojou-sama has a strange glint in her eyes, there’s nothing good that will come out from her mouth when she is in that state.
“Let’s get back to the topic. Rona, do you think you can find a solution? If you don’t, I swear my stomach will bleed from stress.”
“I have something to say. Well, I could go and warn her, but you know that even Leila couldn’t beat her, so it’s unlikely that she’ll listen to me.”
It’s still better than doing nothing.
“Thank you very much. By the way, how long will it take for you to finish your meal, Ojou-sama?”
“This…! Don’t blame me like that when you’ve been harassing me by pulling this kind of stunt…!”
“You’re not going to leave anything on your plate, right? You know you’re taking too long to eat because each bite you took was too small. Here’s the last bite, open wide.”
“No, no, I can’t! That’s too much for me! No! Mmmggh…”
My break time would be over in a few minutes, so I hurriedly left my seat.
“Well then, please take care of me.”
But as Rona declared, the president was useless. He failed miserably and we had to wait for Rona’s stalker report instead.
* * *
For the time being, I have to deal with the daughter of Count Campbell personally.
“I’ve finally caught you, Ashley Carlyle! Now, give yourself up and become my servant!”
“Pardon me, I’m in a hurry.”
Of course, it’s impossible to completely escape from her. On the fourth day after the meeting, she caught me.
“Hey! You’re just a mere commoner, how dare you treat me like that!”
“In this school, you and I are classmates. Origins and the likes shouldn’t be brought up needlessly like this.”
I could shut this d*mb girl if I wanted to. I could always blackmail the Count’s family… But, for now, I’d like to refrain from doing such acts as it might damage the reputation of the Aldington family.
This Miss Campbell is very lucky. The Aldington has more power than she thought. If Master had personally witnessed her attempt in verbally harassing Ojou-sama, things wouldn’t be pretty for her.
Of course, I would love to personally beat her up, but Ojou-sama would hate it, so I didn’t do it.
Adding to that, this place is one of the few places where Master’s influence couldn’t reach… Thanks to that and Ojou-sama’s mercy, she could live totally in peace like this.
“Just because your face looks good, doesn’t mean you can act cheeky! Commoners should just crawl in the ground like how you commoners normally do and live your life obeying the chosen people, like, me!”
I see. This girl has an awful personality.
Morton-senpai might be a womanizer, but at the same time, she has a short temper. No wonder she is irritated when trying to deal with this girl.
This girl is the perfect example of a selfish young lady. Sometimes I imagined it. If Ojou-sama ever acted as selfish as this girl is… I would smack her in her head with all my might. After that, she would cry and apologize to me. In other words, I don’t think that dumb Ojou-sama of mine could act selfishly. I can’t even imagine it.
“The only person I will accept any orders from is my Master, Cecile Aldington-sama. If there is such thing as chosen and unchosen people, then, my master, who I currently serve, would be the most special person in the world even among the chosen people.”
If she asked me to lick her shoes, I will pinch her cheeks in retaliation. But if she ordered me to lick her shoes, I will gladly do it. Ojou-sama never gave me any order, but I still serve her proudly, though, at the same time, it made me feel iffy.
She never treated me like a servant.
I understand her feelings that she wanted to treat me as her equal.
While I don’t have any masochistic tendencies like ‘I want her to order me around’, at the same time I really want her to treat me like her servant. I really just want to fulfill my duty as her servant properly before we are finally married one day.
“How dare you put up that cocky attitude in front of me, even though you’re just a mere servant of a viscount! Who do you think I am?!”
“The daughter of Count Campbell, Alicia Campbell. Now, I’ve told you many times that I’m in a hurry. You’re bothering other people with your screeching voice. Now, please quickly get out of my sight.”
The Count’s daughter is trembling in anger.
Well, now I regretted it. I gathered information on people before to serve as blackmail materials, but I only did it on the people who previously interacted with Ojou-sama. It was quite fun to see their faces when I threatened them.
I would love to see this snobbish girl’s face. It should be interesting to look at.
Still, watching the distorted face of my loved one feels the best. I can still remember the face that Ojou-sama made the other day. I think I’ll make her a vegetable cake for her tea break tomorrow. Using green vegetables, of course.
“Who the hell do you think you’re talking to?!”
“I see your mood isn’t in a particularly great state. Well, I will leave you to tend to yourself, so goodbye.”
I don’t want her to follow me, so I went through the more complicated route to make her lose sight of me. I have time, as long as I eventually reach my destination, all is well.
I finally lost her after I went into the corners six times.
After that, I entered the student council room.
“Thank you for waiting, Rona.”
“It’s ‘kaay, come in, come in ~”
The reason why we came here separately even though we are in the same class is because Rona ditched me as soon as he saw me together with the daughter of Count Campbell. That’s also the reason why I didn’t apologize to him for being late.
“Actually, I wanted to bring Aldington-senpai here and tell the both of you of my findings, but since it’s more interesting if I do it this way, I’ll only tell you.”
Currently, only Rona and me is in the room. Even in the past, the student council members tended to be absent from their posts and only the president ever used the room, so, this room is a perfect place for a secret talk as long as the president isn’t using the room.
The president was asked by Rona to keep Ojou-sama away from this room since if she came here, Leila Morton will also barge in, besides we don’t really need the president to be present.
It’s lunchtime now and I have a good amount of free time, but since there is the possibility that Count’s daughter will catch up to me soon, I still need to hurry on and move the conversation forward.
“Alicia Campbell, she is a bossy young lady who loves beautiful things. Her upbringing made her selfish from an early age and her academic isn’t great. I found out about her favorite foods, blood type, and the number of moles on her body. Interested?”
“No. I don’t care.”
Did you go that far in stalking her? You know, if you weren’t a son of the Randolph, you’d be thrown in jail.
At a glance, Rona’s behavior might make him the enemy of women, but his face and his guile speech made him very popular among them instead. Seriously, those women need to use their eyes properly.
“Alright. Well, here’s a funny story. Of all the beautiful things that Miss Campbell loves, there is one thing that she loves the most.”
Rona then went on with the story of Campbell’s treasures.
“In other words, I’m just a perfect target for Miss Campbell?”
“Yes, more or less.”
“And you think my situation is funny?”
Laughing on other people’s misfortune, seriously?
“That’s where the fun begins! Hey, Ashley, don’t you think you and Miss Campbell would get along?”
“No, not really.”
“Really? I think otherwise. I think Aldington-senpai would love it when she sees the both of you together.”
“Ojou-sama would? Ah… I see… I understand.”
I get what he’s thinking about. I see that the Randolph brothers have a good balance. The older supported his house by using his charisma and efforts while the younger brother helped the former in underhanded deals like this.
“I hate to be used as a source of your amusement, but… I have to admit, this could turn interesting.”
